When our family arrived in this business, we brought more than just recipes — we brought a philosophy. We believe that bread is more than just food. It's tradition. It's craft. It's the foundation of every great meal.

That's why we've never taken shortcuts. While other bakeries have automated and industrialized, we've stayed true to the methods that have been passed down through generations. Our sourdough loafs and dinner rolls still ferment for 24 hours or more. Our brioche is still enriched with real butter and eggs. Our bakers still shape each loaf by hand with the same traditional way.

Over the course of more than 25 years, many members of our family have gotten involved in the business. What started as a passion for good food became a shared mission — and today, we're proud to work with over 500 of South Florida's finest restaurants, hotels, caterers, and local vendors.

A Family Built on Love & Food

Our story doesn't begin in a bakery. It begins with a family — our mother, our aunts — women who weren't bakers by trade, but who understood that the best moments in life happen around a table, sharing food with the people you love. That spirit of togetherness and passion for quality is what eventually led us to bread.

2001

The Beginning

European Bread Company was established in Miami. We brought recipes and traditions from all around the world, combined with strong family ethics and a commitment to quality. From day one, we believed that bread should be made the right way — with time, care, and the finest ingredients.

2004–2009

The Early Days

The humble beginnings — delivering fresh bread across South Florida with our original van, building relationships one loaf at a time. We knew every customer by name, and every delivery was personal. These were the years that built the foundation of who we are today.

2010

A New Chapter

We rebranded with our new logo, expanded to a larger facility, and grew our delivery fleet to meet the demand from South Florida's booming restaurant community. This was also the year many more family members got involved — over 25 years, baking became a true family affair.

Sweet Expansion

We expanded our bread production to include sweet products — cakes, muffins, croissants, and Danish pastries — to better serve our partners' full menu needs.

Our catalog has grown to over 300 products — and we can customize any of them to match your vision. Our bakery in the heart of Miami is where the magic happens — every day starting at 2:00 AM, our bakers begin crafting over 300 varieties of artisan bread, rolls, and pastries. By the time the sun rises, our delivery fleet is already on the road, bringing fresh bread to kitchens across South Florida.
